There is water access for water sports enthusiasts as well as a deep-water boat slip for your use.Single Level: As you enter the home from the covered front porch, you are greeted by the bright and open-concept living area. The living area is furnished with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a small desk. The chef in the party will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meal or the day’s fresh catch. The entire family can gather together after a day in the sun around the dining table that seats 8. Watch the sunset off the covered porch or enjoy the sun deck overlooking the canal. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are each furnished with a Queen bed and share access to a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #3 is furnished with two Twin beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a Smart TV.
