Only a 5 minute walk to Uncle Bills for breakfast in the mornings or Aunt Betty’s at night for ice cream treats. The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 fully updatedbaths with custom designs. The updated kitchen with center island seating has granite counter tops, tile back splash with gas cooking. An opengreat room with great natural light, cathedral ceilings and fireplace with plenty of space for guests to sit and eat dinner in the dining room.Outside space includes a spacious front porch for morning coffee with retractable electric awning, a car port, a private enclosed shower and storage closet. Additional amenities include (4) beach chairs, (2) boogie boards, beach toys for the little ones and (1) bike. Sheets and Towels can not be provided by the owners per Ocean City guidelines.
