The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, with a large sliding glass door to the enclosed patio. Guest room does have a TV with cable and streaming. All beds have extra foam padding for a great night sleep. BONUS! Stunning view of the south facing sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or patio. BRAND new kitchen appliances and paint throughout. 57 inch TV above electric fireplace offers cable, streaming, HBO and Showtime. For your convenience there is a 2 car driveway and parking on the street. Located in Monterey Country Club with 37 pools and spas, golf course, patio grill, pickleball and tennis courts, only 2 miles to famous El Paseo drive and close to the Riverwalk mall. Book your stay and enjoy the most popular community in this vibrant and sunny valley.I allow pets (huge animal lover) however, you must abide by the rules and pick up after your dog! The association does not allow barking dogs.Sorry, no smoking of any kind allowed at this property.
