Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen 55″ Smart TV mounted in the living room.GAMES ROOMThis room will blow you away! This one-of-a-kind Games Room features a luxurious Pool Table, a Multi-Arcade Video Game Station, and TWO separate Gaming Stations: EACH featuring a Gaming Chair, Private Built In 40″ and Roku TV.UPSTAIRS LOFT – THE RETREATThe Upstairs Loft features a Sofa Sleeper (Queen size), a Love Seat, and a Unique Circle Chair! Enjoy relaxing upstairs while watching a movie on the 55″ Smart TV.LAUNDRYThere is a full-size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.POOL and SPA/HOT TUBEveryone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private south-facing pool and spa/hot tub, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy the outdoor dining area!POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge.* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in summer.* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.* The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day and will turn off overnight.*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!POOL HEAT PRICING* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7-night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you.
