Description

This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a full kitchen and both formal and informal dining areas. The home is directly across Monroe Blvd. from Lake Michigan with stair access to same less than 50 feet away. It is also adjacent to Kid’s Corner, South Haven’s park for children complete with a baseball diamond and climbing area for kids.The lower outdoor patio features a large table, separate seating areas and an outdoor grill perfect for summer barbecues.There is an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a day at the beach and a washer and dryer for clean up.At sunset you can sit in the living room or out on the deck and people watch as others stroll by toward the sunset that you get to view from where you are. During the day you can relax and sit on the patio sun bathing, or, stroll to town or the beach without needing your car.We can’t think of a more perfect location/house to be in during the summer. Lake Michigan and South Haven here we come!!
