This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12-unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with a private bath, kitchenette w/Keurig machine, and a king bed as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is next to Unit 1. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb next-door guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests to remedy the situation immediately.*NO PARTIES: We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.**PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA’s). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt.## AccessThe unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #1. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay. There are 2 shared gas BBQs in the parking area.InteractionThis is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.Electric car charging (shared amenity)Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access.
