South Lake Chalet #5-New Boutique Suite-Minutes to Heavenly & Lake Tahoe## SpaceAmazing Location!Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants.. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this is one of our most unique units with a separate bedroom and a living area which features a kitchenette w/ Keurig machine as well as a work desk. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.*NO PARTIES: We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.**PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA’s) . A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.## AccessThe unit is accessed off of Poplar St. and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #5. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.InteractionThis is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.Electric car charging (shared amenity)Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775. Unit spots 7 and 8 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 9,10 and disability spot share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 12, 11, and 1 share one Tesla and one J1775 charger. We do not provide adapters if your vehicle does not match your available charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.Beach AccessAll South Lake Chalet guests will receive a Lakeside Beach voucher for discounted, $5 per person beach access, valued at $30 per person, upon arrival. Beach wristbands purchased will also provide a 50% discount on beach chair and sun umbrella rentals from the Lakeside Beach Association.NeighborhoodLocated within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell’s Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required).
