This is a private studio as part of a boutique 12 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020, this unit comes with an en-suite bath with an oversized shower, kitchenette w/Keurig machine and a King bed as well as a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.*NO PARTIES: We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.**PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA’s). A $50/pet fee will apply and pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please advise at the time of booking, we will send a request for pet fee payment which is due upon receipt. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.## AccessThe unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has 1 assigned parking spot, space #7. This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.InteractionThis is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.Electric car charging (shared amenity)Unit spots 1,2 and 3 share one Tesla charger. Unit spots 4,5 and 6 share one J1775.
