Being on the sunny side also allows the unit to have a beautiful outdoor lounge area, that is perfect for morning coffee, evening bbq’s and everything in-between. Your family will love this space and the proximity to the bay – just a few steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay. The beach will even feel somewhat private as well, away from the hustle and bustle of most busy beaches.
