If you would like to bring your boat, you can rent a boat slip through the South Seas Club.This nicely appointed 4th floor condo has been renovated, has newer AC and water heater. Sleeps 4, with one king bed and two twin beds, and has two bathrooms.Sliding glass doors to the wraparound lanai and an extra large window in the Living Room brighten the unit with natural light. The Master Bedroom also features sliding glass door access to the lanai.There are 3 brand new Smart TV’s in this condo and Fast WiFi! The Living Room has a 50″ SHARP Roku TV and the two bedrooms each have a 32″ Toshiba Amazon Fire TV. All TV’s are set up with Amazon Prime Video. There is a DVD player, books and games as well.The Kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare family meals or simply prepare and enjoy your favorite beverage out on the lanai.We want you to enjoy your time here so we also provide beach essentials: Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, collapsible beach wagon, as well as beach/pool towels. There is a short 8-10 minute walk to Tigertail Beach from our condo.After your sun-filled day of activities, you could use our two brand new bikes to stop by one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Nene’s, Thai Sushi by KJ or Joey’s Pizza, just to name a few, all within a short distance of our condo!Come experience this tropical paradise next door to the beach!!
