Lots of amenities in the South Seas complex to include tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and Boat Dock rentals. Fitness room in lobby.EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.If there’s more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
