King bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room has a Queen sofa bed with a cooling memory foam mattress for children; Not Adults. Balcony extends from the living room to the Master bedroom, with plenty of room to enjoy coffee or a meal while looking over Tigertail Beach and the heated pool area. All new windows and doors; new tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The two bathrooms are clean with new cabinets. Owners have provided beach carts, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, along with 2 tennis racquets and balls.South Seas NW activities: tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, boat slips.Marco’s most loved breakfast and pizza/Italian restaurant are a short walk away (1/2 mile), along with some shops. See the burrowing owl nests on the way there.EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.If there’s more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
