Kitchen has full size fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave.Master Bedroom has King bed, TV and view of the pool area.Guest bedroom has a Queen and Twin, TV. Bathrooms have shower with grab bars and shower with grab bars/tub. The living room has large flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa for children only.Unit has tile throughout; linens, towels & beach chairs included. Condo is well-maintained and sanitized; all new furniture/beds. Gated entrance, parking and private, heated beachside pool; Jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis, restaurant & bar.Exit clean may increase according to length of stay.Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.If there’s more than one car, each car pays $100.00. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
