Looks a bit like you are on a cruise ship! Both bedrooms also look out onto the Gulf with sliding glass doors opening onto the wrap around balcony. Our condo is the northernmost condo building at the north end of the beach and the north side of building. This makes for stunning unobstructed views! You do not look out on another condo. Wow…total privacy!Our spectacular10th floor, front condo has a wrap around balcony for FANTASTIC sunset views all year long! We offer free wifi as well as cable, a smart TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen, with reverse osmosis water system for great tasting filtered water. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has twins, that can be moved together for a 2nd king. Large swimming pool with plenty of lounges. Beach access by the pool, and an outdoor shower. A gated entrance to the property for privacy, with beautiful landscaping from the moment you come through the gate.The Island is famous for shelling, beach walking for miles and an incredible crescent beach of white sand. You are a 15 minute beach walk from the JW Marriott with restaurants, shops and huge indoor arcade available for public use. Many other restaurants within walking distance.PETS: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in our building, however exceptions are made for service dogs (Doctor’s support papers are required at registration).With VRBO since 2016, this condo has been a popular vacation rental since 1997, with numerous returning guests … many of which have become long time friends!
