Charming four bedroom, two bathroom, non-smoking, Oneida lakefront house with private sandy beach, on a shallow bay. The two-story house faces west, showcasing gorgeous sunsets over the water. Whether from the beach, the lawn or from inside the house, you are sure to enjoy the views.Turning Stone Casino, Sylvan Beach, the Boxing Hall of Fame and the town of Canastota with grocery store, shops and restaurants are all within a ten minute drive. This property has just about every amenity you could want for a fun and fabulous lakeside vacation. Kitchen has an eat-in area in addition to the dining room. Full sized washer and dryer. The living room, dining room, porch bedroom, full bath and enclosed porch complete the first floor. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a full bath. The garage features a covered patio for grilling or relaxing out of the sun. The private sandy beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking. There is a gradual increase in depth of water from the shoreline and the bottom of the lake is sandy, providing optimal swimming conditions for children.
