We do not allow parties, groups, or share houses. The house sleeps 10 but we allow a max of 6 adults. There are two master bedrooms, one staff room, and two children’s rooms. Adults may not sleep in the bunk bed room.Beaches: The home does not come with beach passes; a pass for Coopers Beach can be purchased at the beach.Pool: The pool is open from Memorial Day through Columbus Day in October each year.
