The garage houses a regulation size ping pong table, 6 bikes, floats and games and offers a place for kids to hang.We also have boogie boards and six beach chairs for the beachThe pool area/backyard is south facing for excellent sun all day!Situated on one-half acre of professionally landscaped yard, enclosed with extra high privets and extra large driveway affording complete privacy from all. There is an outdoor enclosed shower with hot water for convenience.The home is just down the street, a short walk from shops and dining (one half mile from town). The street is a wide tree lined residential street. Driveway extra large can accommodate approximately 10 cars.Beach access is approx two miles. Coopers is 2 1/4 milesNest system installed for heat and for fire/carbon monoxide. Air conditioning throughout house.Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Propane/Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal.Cleanings during a guest’s stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks MUST be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.Please note that pursuant to the Suffolk County Hotel and Motel Occupancy Tax law, Chapter 523, Article II of the Suffolk County (NY) Code, short term rentals less than 30 days are required to be taxed at a rate of 5.5% of the per nightly rate.
