Description
Families are welcomed in our vacation rentals. Student groups are not permitted. Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Everyone in your party must be 25 years old to check in unless accompanied by a parent.This Old Town retreat is centrally located on historic Southard Street . A short walk to world famous Duval Street and also the Key West Seaport . This townhome has a den, master bedroom on the first floor as well as a full washer and dryer. The second level has living room ,dining area ,This townhome home has a den, master bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom on the first floor as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit. The second level has living room ,dining area, a completely remodeled kitchen. A half bathroom and a balcony.From the second level there are stairs so you can access a walkway to the pool. Take the spiral, staircase up to the third level to the loft that has a queen bed and a full bathroom.This three level townhome is a great way to relax and get away from it all. Southard Square is tropical garden tucked away with eighteen units and a shared pool. The tropical foliage surrounding the pool area gives an island feel. The secluded sun deck is a great place to read and soak up the sun. The 20′ x 40′ solar-heated pool has jacuzzi jets at the shallow end offers both swimming and a relaxing soak.Conveniently located in old town with one off street parking space, this townhome is walking distance to Duval Street. Duval Street has many restaurants, bars and specialty stores. A step away from Southard Square to the left is a local Cuban coffee shop called 5 Brothers with the best Cuban Mix in town. A step away to the right is Mangia Mangia an Italian Restaurant which is a great choice for dinner. If Italian is not what you’re looking for there is a steak restaurant called Bob’s right around the corner.
