The living space is filled with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. All the TVs in this house are smart TVs available for your log in information. This property is equipped with security cameras located on the front of the home facing the yard.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…The main house offers two guest rooms beginning with a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in glass shower that can also be accessed by the main hallway. A king master suite is located off the Great Room and comes with a flat screen TV, French doors to your private backyard and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in glass shower. A poolside cottage comes furnished with a queen bed, half bath and an adjoining room with a twin sofa sleeper and writing desk.OUTDOOR LIVING…An awe inspiring, sparkling pool greets you in this incredibly lush backyard area – a heat option is available during winter months. Savor your surroundings in a lounge chair and dine al fresco together in the evenings. Rinse off in the outdoor shower which can also be accessed from the cottage and head into town for all the fun!PARKING…Enjoy an off street parking space inside the gates.PETS…Pets are considered. We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).
