Southern Diversion Two is an exclusive private gated estate located in Marathon in the Florida Keys. This sprawling 2 acre private estate is located directly on the gulf of Mexico featuring 300 feet of open water to capture the most breathtaking sunset views. There is deep water dockage and a private beach with a Tiki hut and brand new pool and deck overlooking sprawling open water bay views. There are 3 pools on property offering privacy when desired. The property has 3 separate homes on site. The main house is beautifully appointed with custom cherry cabinets and detailed woodwork, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 36 inch dual fuel range with 6 burners and custom cherry vent hood, separate wall oven and ultra microwave with convection and crisper settings. Granite counter tops ,breakfast bar with bar stools ,and separate waterfront dining room that seats 10. There is a separate icemaker and a complete kitchen with dishes, silverware appliances, glassware pots and pans.The main house has 3 master suites that all have ocean views and private bathrooms, One includes a double trundle. There are brand new flat screens throughout. Outside luxuries include heated infinity disappearing edge swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, multiple patios with lounge chairs and tables There is a boat ramp on property for boats, jet skis, and wave runners. The property has deep water dockage (4 feet at low tide) with electric, water and fish cleaning station. The guest house has 3 bedrooms One king, one double twin room, a bunk room sleeping 5 . The guest house has a full kitchen granite counter tops, wall oven microwave, full refrigerator including water and ice maker in door The guest house also includes a separate private pool and pool table in family room. The cabana house has a queen size bed with private bath, mini bar, sink and refrigerator.
