Century Maine farmhouse with a wonderful sense of history that has grown with its years. Wood beamed ceilings and pine floors blend seamlessly with modern conveniences and comforts.Situated on one and a half peaceful acres at the end of a quiet private lane, there is lots of space to relax, watch sea gulls, inhale the wonderful mixed fragrance of pine needles and salty sea air or play outdoor games on the big lawns. It is a perfect house for large families, with room for everyone.Neighboring Acadia National Park’s scenic carriage roads are unmatched for walking biking and horseback riding. Floor fans in all the bedrooms team with our cool summer nights for sleeping comfort.A large living room, sunroom with hiking maps and local information, farm kitchen and two dining areas with seating for 17 offer plenty of room to be together or find some alone time.The farmhouse kitchen has room for multiple cooks, and is fully stocked with cookware, useful spices, a lobster pot, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware. The large wrap around deck and patio offers loads of space for leisurely meals and grilling, the gas is provided.We are baby-ready with 2 pack ‘n plays, baby gates, highchair, and booster seat.
