There is a private, exclusive to this condo, screened porch with direct access from the living room and the master bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Condo has central air conditioning. Cape Manor is one of the finest condo complexes with a wonderful large swimming pool with surrounding deck area. The common area amenities include covered parking, elevator, balcony, covered deck area, and of course the pool area. Tenant cannot use fireplace. Tenants can use pool until Labor Day. After Labor Day the pool is for owner use only.Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 4PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
