We would love to host you!The Space:The Trifecta on 7th Street is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental in the 1st Ward District of Uptown Charlotte that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free enclosed private parking. It’s within walking distance to the convention center and Uptown Charlotte’s best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment.Our home is Charlotte-inspired and it shows in our decor. Everything you see on the wall is somewhere you can go. We love to give recommendations to our guests so never hesitate to ask us for things to do, places to eat, or sights to see.What you’ll really like about staying at our space:• Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance and outdoor patio that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.• Location. The location we’re in is a walker’s paradise since most places you’ll want to visit won’t require a car. 7th Street is as flat as a pancake, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bikeable. Our home is just a 10-minute walk away from the Epicentre.
