One powder room on the ground level and one full bathroom on the second floor right next to the 2 bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances. (No dishwasher).The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs.Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to a few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.Located at the heart of Hollywood, the house benefits proximity to a wide variety of restaurants, cafe and bars while located within a securely gated complex. The house perimeter, however, is equipped with smart lights and a surveillance system for security purposes. The host is not responsible for ANY complications happening outside the perimeter of the advertised private unit, guests are responsible for doing their own research of different neighborhoods in LA and making sure this location fits their purpose.
