It’s also just about 26 mins to DTLA, 15 mins to Santa Monica, and 25 mins to Venice Beach, There are also a lot of restaurants and shops that can be found nearby!Located on a Cul-de-sac, this quiet neighborhood will surely make you feel perfectly feel at home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!The downstairs bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the first bedroom upstairs has also a queen-sized bed, and the second big bedroom upstairs has 2 queen-sized beds – comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults + kids!The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There’s also a covered patio with a dining table and a spacious backyard with a BBQ grill.I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer – so you don’t have to worry about that!The house includes high-speed WiFi, a TV with Netflix access, a level 2 EV charger, and 2 driveway parking spots that are available during your stay!Looking forward to hosting you!Other things to noteNote:*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.**This home can comfortably host up to 6 adults + kids.
