Close to downtown Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort you can be at a wide range of activities in minutes. As you enter you will be amazed by the gorgeous mountains that surround you. The cozy living room features a sleeper couch if you need additional sleeping arrangements. Curl up by the fire and read a book in the sitting area. The fully stocked kitchen has bar seating and all you could need to cook for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king bed, in room TV, and en suite bath, plus access to the deck. A second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with a two twin bunk beds, and both share a full bath. The large outdoor deck is a great place to unwind after a day of activities. There is plenty of seating for all to sit back, relax, and enjoy the majesty of the mountains. One side of the garage has been converted into a game room with games, darts, and a ping pong/air hockey table. Outside parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.(Please note several stairs are required for entry to this home. This is a guest house with other units on site. There may be other guests present in the unit below during your stay and the owners live on site in the house next door full time.)This home is dog friendly, up to two dogs maximum. The owners do live on site and appreciate guests respecting this rule and not bringing more than 2 pets. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type.
