This custom-built home was completed in November of 2019 and offers spectacular accommodations.This is not your standard Naples Park vacation rental; this custom designed home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and an oversized great room with a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the marble pool deck surrounding the sparking crystal blue waters of the pool and spa.The exterior living space is an equal match to the interior square footage; with an outdoor living area complete with a sectional sofa and flat screen tv. The outdoor kitchen features a “Bull” stainless steel gas grill and an outdoor sink.Four chaise loungers are provided so guests can enjoy the south facing sunlight 8 hours of the day!If you truly want to enjoy the Naples weather, this home is for you.Fully equipped with bikes and beach gear in the 2 car garage with a laundry room with high-end front loading washer and dryer.Pet friendly property!
