The other leads to a wonderful screen porch with a table, chairs and sectional. A second slider leads from the screen porch to the deck.The well-equipped kitchen has high-end stainless appliances and a large island with counter seating. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a large dining table and skylight. There is a half bath with conveniently located washer and dryer on this floor.The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private door to the deck. The spacious ensuite bathroom has an oversized, custom tile shower and double sink.The second floor has a roomy family room with comfortable sitting area, game table and foosball. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and a crib. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower.The home’s two other bedrooms are in the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with trundle (two twins), flat screen TV, slider and ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and exterior door.There are ductless split unit air conditioners in the living room, the first floor master, the second floor family room, second floor bedroom and both lower level bedrooms.The deck with access from the screen porch, living room and master bedroom has a table and chairs, lounger and gas grill. There is an enclosed outdoor shower under the deck and a basketball hoop in the driveway. The garage is not for tenant use.The property less than a ten-minute walk to Duck Pond.
