Simply bring your clothes, toiletries (bring your own soap, shampoo etc.), and food.GUEST ACCESS/SAFETY: The front door is equipped with a smart lock. A day prior to check-in you will receive a custom code, so no need for keys. Guests have access to the entire house except for a couple owner’s closets and utility closets.For your safety, this property features 3 exterior security cameras (one pointing on driveway, one in garage, one on the backdoor entrance) and a video doorbell on the main front door.PARKING: Garage and driveway (4-5 vehicles total); no street parking allowed. If needed you can use the overflow lot by Hopkins Park, first left after passing thru the community security building. Please note that the driveway is on a decline and it can be difficult to see at night, so please drive carefully and use your emergency brake!Small dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis, please message us to inquire. No cats due to owner allergies.Since you are in the mountains, you will see occasional spiders, a ladybugs, or other insects in the house! Don’t be afraid – use the fly swatter or escort the bugs outside! You may also see deer, squirrels, and other critters! Enjoy nature!Winter weather may bring snow. Please note that we do not accept any liabilities that are out of the host’s control such as being snowed in/out, road closures, loss of power, or other issues.
