This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom 3 bathroom private pool home is on the Four Corners community located along Highway 27 in Davenport.This villa gives an overwhelming sense of open space, with two living areas downstairs, an open plan kitchen and dining with a loft space on the second floor making this home perfect for dining in, entertaining your family and friends or simply just taking the time to relax at the end of a long day at Florida’s local theme parks.Your every convenience has been thought of inside and outside, all bedrooms have TV’s, you can spend hours in the gamesroom with the pool table, air hockey and foosball, and outside there is a large pool and spa.This villa has a monitored alarm system.Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool and spa. These can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool and spa heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab.
