The queen has a 3" foam topper. Den has a futon & 3 Twin Hide-a-mats. New washer/dryer.I may access the garage to get the lawn maintenance equipment and do yard work as needed.This is the closest Columbia County neighborhood to the Augusta National, Costco/Top Golf. It is <3 miles from these and many other attractions. It is off Stevens Creek road near Riverwatch and I-20.This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with a neighborhood watch that ensures the safety of the residents and accessibility of the roads.*Parties and large gatherings are NOT allowed in this house OR in this neighborhood.*The neighborhood watch will call the police if there are more than 12-15 people and/or more than 5 cars there or if they feel there is a safety issue.Up to 3 cars are allowed on the road in front of the house.We hope you enjoy this wonderfully peaceful and safe neighborhood.The house is <2000 feet from the neighborhood entrance.
