Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced as per city ordinances. NO outdoor noise is permitted during this time and music/noise inside the home cannot be loud enough to be heard outside. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.NO parties. Any evidence of party or unauthorized event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $5000, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.Deposit will be revoked and additional charges may apply if house rules are not followed. We will charge for excessive cleanup, trash and broken/damaged items so please make sure to follow the checkout instructions.GENERAL RULES:•Check-in: After 4 PM•Check-out: 11 AM•Late check-out penalty: $50.
