You can see some of New York City !!! from the front covered deck !!! We love this neighborhood I’ve been living here since 1997 !!! Directly across the street are 12 public tennis courts and a very large park consisting of a soccer field football field basketball courts including a big kids playground and a nice path to jog or bicycle around please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls !!!Private Parking is available, this must be reserved and we have limited spots or free street residential parking pass is available upon request, street parking is not guaranteed, you need to drive around and find a spot with in 4 blocks of the unit. No guaranteed parking for instant bookings, the parking may have been rented already.24 hr surveillance camera of the driveway area.Please download the New Jersey transit app this gives you the time schedule for the buses and trains.Available and open 24 hours a day is the Coach House Diner located on eighth Street and Kennedy Boulevard just a few blocks away from the apartmentI also recommend a restaurant called Rumbas it’s a Cuban style restaurant with extremely good meals and very inexpensive it beats McDonald’s any day of the week !!! It is located near the south west corner of the park within 5 minutes walking distance.
