Immerse yourself in the Silverlake vibe everyday with a short 10 minute walk north to Silverlake Reservoir, one of the most iconic and popular features in the area, offering a 2.25 mile loop of improved paths for walkers and runners. Or chose between one of two short sets of famous Silverlake “secret stairs” adjacent to the Treehouse and stroll down to some of the best dining and entertainment in the area. LAMILL Coffee, Botanica Restaurant and Market, L&E Oyster Bar, Yakuza Sushi, and Alimento Italian restaurant are all within a 5 minute walk, as is some lovely boutique shopping. Other features include: 65″ HDTV flat screen with Spectrum package, Sonos sound system, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stainless-steel refrigerator, and one reserved parking place on the property (street parking is also plentiful). The Treehouse has a brand new kitchen, has been recently painted and the linens are brand new.*As an ADDED BONUS, rental fee includes a BI-MONTHLY PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE*This is our personal residence when we are in Los Angeles.
