Description
Walk to downtown Woods Hole, the aquarium and science center, the bike path and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry terminal; spend the day on a beach or exploring Falmouth; then return to this modern, comfortable home in a quiet Woods Hole neighborhood. The house is well equipped, good for families. Ground floor master suite, plus extra half bath and large open common area. Second floor bedroom has bunk beds plus a single, and an office with extra trundle bed. Fully finished basement has a queen bed, separate bath. This is a new listing to VRBO, but we have been renting through AirB&B for several years.
