This renovated and newly furnished home with central air and hardwood floors throughout offers plenty of gathering space for the extended family, as well as privacy for when downtime is needed. The first floor features an open-concept kitchen/dining area/living room with a brand new country-style table that seats eight comfortably. Also on the first floor is a master suite with queen bed and a spacious bath with tub-shower combination, and a half-bath with new LG washer/dryer. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and work desk, and the other with one double bed, one twin, and a set of bunks. A full bath with tub/shower completes the upstairs.A classic Cape-style home, it is set on a half-acre lot across from conservation land and is set well back from the road for privacy. The kitchen is equipped with pretty much all the cookware and utensils you could need to cook a full meal. The coffee maker is a Keurig that takes both pods and ground coffee.A large mahogany deck (new in 2023) overlooks a level, grassy yard large enough for bocce, badminton, and family fun. Sit out on the deck to read and watch the birds by day, or watch the stars and listen to the crickets by night! Saints Landing, one of Brewster’s beautiful bay beaches, is a 12-minute walk, and three other bay beaches are under a five-minute drive. Walking trails through conservation land are just around the corner.The home is conveniently located near the Brewster Store, the Woodshed, and Luke’s Liquors. Paines Creek, famous for its spectacular sunsets, is within walking distance.
