This first time rental home is located across the street from Nubs Nob ski resort and just down the road from Boyne Highlands ski resort. This spacious home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2,200 square feet in living space. It is secluded in the woods for privacy, but conveniently close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The large patio offers beautiful views of Northern Michigan, while the yard is gorgeously landscaped with annuals, perennials, and mature trees.Downstairs is the master suite with a full bathroom. Upstairs has an open living room space with a large kitchen that is fully equipped that leads out to the patio. There is plenty of space in the living room to lounge and watch TV, while a little nook area comprises of several board games that is perfect for a family game night. Down the hall is another three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fall rate is discounted, and is the perfect time of year to experience the notorious Northern Michigan fall color tour. You couldn’t ask for a better house or location for ski season; the house only has a two night minimum for those quick, much needed weekends away during the kid’s school schedules.
