Updated and professionally decorated, with its very own outdoor private pool (approximate depth is 3-5 feet)!Features include: partially covered deck with outdoor private pool (not heated or cooled) and gas grill, updated kitchen and baths, two master suites, two living spaces, an open kitchen/dining/living concept, and bedding options for adults and kids.Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, which is coveted for its walk-able lifestyle, a boardwalk w/shops, bike rentals, tennis courts & 2 golf courses.Downtown Charleston is a short drive away, and the Atlantic Ocean within biking or walking distance.Outdoor pool area and deck are surrounded by abundant foliage. Pool is professionally cleaned once a week from October 15-April 15, and twice a week April 15-October 15.
