We are a US family and at no time would we be requesting payments to be made to any other country.The open room design features allow you to enjoy the view whether cooking, dining or while catching up with family and friends! Each bedroom has a private, tiled bathroom for maximum privacy. Generally, 1 garage parking space and 1 surface space for a smaller car are provided. There is a common yard area with grass available, too approximately 12×25. The washer and dryer is conveniently located en suite! The living room fireplace is wood-burning. A fully equipped kitchen is provided as well as all linens and towels.South Mission Beach offers the best of San Diego’s beach life! Come and enjoy the tranquility of the calm bay, wonderful sunrises and fireworks with just a short walk to the ocean-surf and terrific sunsets. It is a short walk to Belmont Park with the famed roller coaster, shops, bars and restaurants. The San Diego Zoo is a 15 minute drive and Sea World in a 5-minute drive (you can see the Sea World seasonal fireworks from the comfort of the balcony!) YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!!!
