Spacious Beach House, 2 blocks to Ocean Amazing & Lake Views!******Just had a cancellation of a 2 week booking at the end off August. *******Aug 17 -24Aug 24 -31 or stay through labor dayConveniently located 2 blocks from the ocean and with spectacular views of Lake of the Lilies, this beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bath house in Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Jersey Shore. The floor plan is perfect for large or extended families with multiple living areas, lots of seating, and a big light and airy kitchen. The huge game room with vaulted ceilings at the top of the house has a wall of sliding glass doors with amazing views of Lake of the Lilies and access the upper deck.The house has many amenities including: 3 TVs, WiFi, wine cooler, washer/dryer, central A/C, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, 4 player Arcade system, Board games, Backyard Games and Bicycles. Beach gear and 8 beach passes to Elizabeth Carter private beach are also included.There’s plenty of room for sleeping too. In addition to the 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 there is a fold away bed in the upper living area if you want to spread out. Even the cars can rest easy as there is parking for 3 on the front stone drive, 1 space in the garage, and more free parking on the street. For anyone traveling without a car, the train station is very close by.The house is located on the south end of Point Pleasant Beach in a very safe family friendly neighborhood. It’s a great place to walk, jog or bike. There’s something for everyone to enjoy…–Beach: Private beach is just a 6 minute walk away.–Boardwalk: Jenkinson’s is an easy 15 minute walk.–Lake of the Lilies: Enjoy the swans and other wild birds that call this bird sanctuary their home.–Game Room: Challenge the family to a Ping Pong, Arcade Game or Air Hockey tournament!–Local Shopping: Stop & Shop, Walgreens, Ice Cream, 7-11 and Point Pleasant Beach town center less than 1 mile away. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Bay Head town center is also very close by.House Suitability:–Up to 2 non-shedding and well behaved dogs may join the fun.–No smoking.–Minimum age of renters that can contract with us is 25. No prom weekend requests please.–Stairs are needed to get into the house and there are a short set of steps between house levels.–We can provide freshy laundered Linens, Bath Towels & Beach Towels upon request for a fee of $250.
