The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.Entry: From the parking garage, take an elevator to your unit and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig coffee machine.Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable or Roku allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out mattress.Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed and couch. Includes dresser, closet, and flat-screen TV.Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1.Bedroom 2: Comfortable king bed with attached bathroom.Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and has a shower.Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with queen on bottom and full on top. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use.Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.Pier: Pier is not for public use and can only be used by patrons of the nearby building.Deck Area: Shared oceanfront deck area with lounge chairs included.Guest Access:Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool and oceanfront deck.The Neighborhood:The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.
