Comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with two sitting areas, 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large back patio/yard w/ grill and fireplace. Minutes to downtown and foothills. Central to every kind of shop or restaurant you could want. Great launching point to head to the mountains for the day!The spacePet and small event friendly!You can open the front door to find the main sitting/entertainment area. Down the hall, you will find the shared bathroom and first two rooms with a queen size bed. Across the hall is the main bedroom with an attached private bath. Bring a pair of warm socks or slippers for the hardwood floors. You will find the laundry room and half bath through the spacious kitchen. There is a sitting/entertainment room downstairs with a fireplace shared with the outdoor patio. Through the backdoor is the outdoor patio with a sitting area to enjoy Colorado evenings under the twinkling lights.- Amenities include self-check-in, assigned parking, a private patio with grill and fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea, WiFi, flat-screen TV with streaming services and local channels only, and board games.Maximum unrelated occupancy is 3 persons. It had been cleaned many times since then but want to make all prospective guests aware.Profiles with no reviews will require a professional reference.We pay a housekeeper a living wage and the entire cleaning fee goes to them directly. They take care of everything meticulously to ensure the place is 5-star ready for each guest.We now allow small events. Please check in with host.
