SPACIOUS & BRIGHT – High Ceilings- Walk to Town – Screened Porch – A/CThis well cared for Wellfleet home is tucked away, far from route 6 at the end of a private road. It has a large screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and family meals. The house has many wonderful features such as beautiful cherry floors, a ping pong table/kids room in the basement and spacious cathedral ceilings throughout the living and dining room areas. There are 2 newer mini-split A/C units, a new dishwasher, and comfortable newer beds. The kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need to prepare summer meals and there is a washer/dryer conveniently located on the main level. The lower level has a walkout to a level backyard complete with patio, umbrella and seating. There are beach chairs for your convenience as well as games and puzzles the whole family can enjoy. And yes, we have a lobster pot!The house has good wifi throughout, two smart TV.s and plenty of spaces to read a good book or relax after a day at the beach. The custom built cedar and mahogany outdoor shower is a delight!It is a short drive to the ocean and bay beaches and we are conveniently located just under a mile walk into town. You can easily bike from the house to explore all that Wellfleet has to offer. Let our bright, open cape be your msanctuary for your Cape getaway!
