It is 1 large bedroom, hardwood floor throughout the house, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and big living room with a L shaped couch. Central AC + heat. Enjoy the southern Cali outdoor amazing weather with an amazing private patio with a sitting area.PLEASE NOTE:The unit comes with an assigned covered parking spot but it is suitable for small to compact car, a big car will not fit. There is free street parking available for those.Also the private patio has a security camera installed, the owner will provide full camera access to the renter, owner will NOT have access to the camera or its recording during your stay.Max availability is for 4 people which ideally is 2 adults and 2 kids, it is 1 bedroom apartment not suitable for 4 adults.You must notify us if you are bringing a pet, pets will be considered, and we reserve the right to refuse pets if the occupancy is already at max (4 people) or for particular pets due to insurance limitation.Thank you!
