All this and everything the resort offer is sure to make this home a vacation favorite.This amazing condo is centrally located near nightlife and entertainment. Take a short one-mile walk to explore the bustle and shops of Pier Park or take a short drive to enjoy a delicious cocktail at the tropical bar. You can enjoy everything close to home including the large infinity pool, outdoor hot tub, and beach services (for an extra fee).THINGS TO KNOWBeginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy.Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 11.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
