Includes BBQ grill, table/ chairs. Front deck has large patio sitting area set. WIFI and 65″ TV along with a television in each bedroom with Roku sticks. New Central Air Conditioner and heating system along with ceiling fans. This is a great rental for families. Enjoy a short walk to Johnny B. Goode’s Ice Cream Parlor.
