Between the guest bathroom and the third bedroom. Perfect for kids!Guest Bathroom – Entering the condo down the hall to the right between the bunkhouse and third bedroom is a large guest bathroom with oversized vanity and shower/tub combo.Bedroom 3 – Entering the condo down the hall past the bunkhouse is the third bedroom with Queen size bed and sliding door access to private balcony and flatscreen TV.Living Room – Spacious living area with updated granite, custom cabinetry, bonus breakfast bar seating, 6 person living room table, plush couches, oversized entertainment center and large Flatscreen TV. Association does not allow any trailers or RV’s on the premises.Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 – accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 1 above parking garageRenter: Must be 25 years or older to rentHolidays: In the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 8 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 8 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends.*Please note we do have a ring doorbell on the exterior of the front door. It does record video and sound. We use this to maintain operations remotely (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
