This home was rebuilt new after Highlands gave permission to tear down a 100 yr old home on the original homesite. Therefore, it is a few feet away from a beautiful mountain stream and the house was masterfully rebuilt to the period. There are few houses better located or that have a more comfortable flow for groups, yet still keep an intimate feel. The sun porch is a great place to read or play cards, the back deck is for grilling and swinging on the porch swing while you listen to the brook. The family room has the perfect big screen TV to watch while the fire roars, and the bedrooms are like comfortable caves.
