Spacious Family Lake & Ski HouseWe are excited to offer large 5 bedroom, 3 bath house, with room for family to gather. The property is located on 250 acres with space to roam, walk, play in the snow, and explore. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, with lots of activities for the whole family. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20,and Pats Peak 15), all great family mountains.The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family.You will have the access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only.There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, and etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. In the event that I violate any of the following conditions, I agree and understand that I will be charged for any damages.• I promise to return the rented golf cart in as good condition as I received. I will operate the golf cart safely and responsibly, and I will preserve and protect the golf cart from loss or damage to the cart itself, my person or property, and the persons or property of others. I agree to be legally and financially liable for all costs of repairs to the golf cart, and for the loss, damage and/or injuries to my person or property and the persons or property of others regardless of fault.• I understand that a golf cart is subject to the same laws and regulations pertaining to motor vehicles and therefore agree that the golf cart will be operated in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, including but not limited to the requirement that persons driving the golf cart must not be under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal drugs. I further agree that I personally will be responsible for all moving and/or parking violations issued to said cart while it is in my possession, under my control, or at any time during the rental period.• I agree that only persons who are 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license shall be permitted to drive the golf cart. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of prior to leaving. There is a dumpster within the camp. Please check the listing pictures. There is a picture showing where the dumpster is.Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.Cats are not allowed because some people are allergic to them.Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWEDThere are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
