Walk along the leisure trail adjacent to the home to be in the heart of the front nine action (holes 1, 2, 8, and 9) in under 8 minutes (approx. 600 yards).A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.• Pool/Spa Info: This home has both a private pool & spa + an outdoor half bathroom located by the pool. The pool is a freeform shaped pool that is approximately 25 feet at the widest and 30 feet at the longest. The private pool and spa are both able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Must reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your stay to confirm and pay the additional fee.• Dog Friendly: This home allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less.
